Junior Marketing Strategist

MediaCross is looking to add a Junior Marketing Strategist to our growing team in St. Louis.

MediaCross is a team of creative, inquisitive, strategic thinkers who are committed to helping our clients reach their goals. We’ve received national awards for our work in recruitment marketing, with our client base ranging from branches of the US military to higher education institutions.

As a Junior Marketing Strategist you will be exposed to and provide support on all aspects of project management, from proposals and strategic planning, to research and information gathering, to execution and measuring ROI. You will provide assistance to Strategists, Lead Strategists, and Senior Lead Strategists, as well as independently handle day-to-day management of assigned tasks and projects. Account service personnel should strive to go above and beyond, to be proactive and to constantly look for ways to strategically guide and lead our clients.

You’ll maintain files on all client activity, build timelines and set project milestones as well as ensure timely completion of projects. A Junior Marketing Strategist should gain the confidence of clients and co-workers through consistent attention to detail, good judgment, team building skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to advance to the position of Strategist. Our team of junior, mid-level, and senior strategists collaborate in teams with designers, art directors, filmmakers, researchers, new media specialists, search marketing experts and writers to share ideas, create strong concepts and produce transformative work. Simply put, you make it happen!
